C\u00edlem je m\u011b\u0159it do cca 1GHz s maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm rozli\u0161en\u00edm, tedy bez p\u0159edd\u011bli\u010dky, se kterou bychom ztr\u00e1celi pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 rozli\u0161en\u00ed. Vstup s p\u0159edd\u011bli\u010dkou bude pozd\u011bji zkonstruov\u00e1n tak\u00e9, cca do 13GHz.<\/p>\n<p>V prvn\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku z na\u0161\u00ed s\u00e9rie bude pops\u00e1n hrub\u00fd koncept konstrukce \u010d\u00edta\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>S v\u00fdvojem jsme za\u010dali po dokon\u010den\u00ed projektu <a href=\"http:\/\/ok2haz.ok2kld.cz\/ok2haz\/2016\/07\/laboratorni-zdroj-13-zaver\/\">laboratorn\u00edho zdroje LPS-450W<\/a>, tedy n\u011bkdy v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2016. Nejprve si bylo t\u0159eba ujasnit koncepci, v tomto bodu jsme se zasekli na pom\u011brn\u011b dlouh\u00fd \u010das. Koncepc\u00ed existuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada, p\u0159es levn\u00e9 hotov\u00e9 moduly dob\u0159e sehnateln\u00e9 na Ebay, a\u017e k profesion\u00e1ln\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm s kmito\u010dtovou synt\u00e9zou apod.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebay.com\/itm\/PLJ-8LED-H-RF-Signal-Frequency-Counter-Meter-Tester-Module-0-1-1000MHz-LED-HT\/201967497539?hash=item2f06337143:g:vLYAAOSwq~tZUyX-\">Levn\u00e9 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 moduly<\/a> jsou osazeny oby\u010dejn\u00fdm krystalov\u00fdm oscil\u00e1torem, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 stabilitu cca 2,5&#215;10<sup>-6 <\/sup>Hz (2,5 PPM) a pat\u0159\u00ed do kategorie &#8222;ukazov\u00e1tek&#8220;. S t\u00edm souvis\u00ed i m\u00edra pou\u017eitelnosti v RF laborato\u0159i a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 p\u0159esnost.<br \/>\nOsmim\u00edstn\u00fd modul \u010d\u00edta\u010de do 50MHz p\u0159ijde na cca 250k\u010d, &#8222;p\u0159esnost&#8220; pak je 1Hz\/64Hz. Tady je v\u0161ak p\u0159esnost\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e my\u0161leno po\u010det zobrazovan\u00fdch \u0159\u00e1d\u016f&#8230;o p\u0159esnosti jako takov\u00e9 nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u016fbec \u0159e\u010d, proto\u017ee posledn\u00ed dv\u011b z osmi m\u00edst budou p\u0159eskakovat v z\u00e1vislosti aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed chyby krystalov\u00e9ho oscil\u00e1toru \u010dasov\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny.<\/p>\n<p>My si v\u0161ak od na\u0161eho v\u00fdvoje slibovali n\u011bco tro\u0161ku jin\u00e9ho&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b stoj\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobky renomovan\u00fdch firem, t\u011bm se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nem\u016f\u017eeme rovnat, i kdy\u017e bychom cht\u011bli:) Takov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stoj\u00ed cca 100 000,-,\u00a0 na jeho v\u00fdvoji se pod\u00edlely cel\u00e9 t\u00fdmy a \u010dasov\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnost je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 mimo na\u0161e mo\u017enosti.<\/p>\n<h4>Popis konstrukce:<\/h4>\n<p>Z po\u010d\u00e1tku jsme uva\u017eovali o konstrukci relativn\u011b jednoduch\u00e9, tu ale v\u00e1\u017en\u011b nen\u00ed d\u016fvod stav\u011bt kv\u016fli ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdm hotov\u00fdm modul\u016fm z \u010c\u00edny. Rozhodli jsme se tedy pro klasick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kde m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 pulzy &#8222;hrubou silou&#8220; po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me asynchonn\u00edm \u010d\u00edta\u010dem po dobu (GATE), kter\u00e1 je p\u0159evzat\u00e1 z \u010dasov\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny pomoc\u00ed multiplexeru. Procesor mezi\u00a0 m\u011b\u0159en\u00edmi \u010d\u00edta\u010d p\u0159e\u010dte a vynuluje. M\u00edst m\u011bl m\u00edt zpo\u010d\u00e1tku 10, nakonec jsme ale p\u0159idali dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i m\u00edsta jako rezervu, dv\u011b pro mo\u017en\u00e1 dlouh\u00e1 (100s\/1000s) m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b pro zobrazen\u00ed jednotky (Hz\/sec). Celkem tedy 14 m\u00edst, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba zobrazit na vhodn\u00e9m displeji.<\/p>\n<h4>Displej:<\/h4>\n<p>Klasick\u00fd znakov\u00fd (maticov\u00fd) display by m\u011bl p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00e9 p\u00edsmo. Na 7segmentu se zase \u0161patn\u011b zobrazuj\u00ed alfanumerick\u00e9 znaky, na grafick\u00e9m displeji by vych\u00e1zel p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00fd font. Proto jsme se rozhodli pro 14segmentov\u00fd 16mm vysok\u00fd LED display, na kter\u00e9m zobraz\u00edme m\u011b\u0159enou veli\u010dinu i s jednotkou a bude dob\u0159e \u010diteln\u00fd i z v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti. Alfanumerick\u00e9 znaky nav\u00edc vypadaj\u00ed st\u00e1le dob\u0159e a v\u017edy si u nich vzpomenu na filmovou triologii Roberta Zemeckise &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csfd.cz\/film\/10128-navrat-do-budoucnosti\/prehled\/\">N\u00e1vrat do budoucnosti<\/a>\ud83d\ude42 Jako roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ibyl druh\u00fd displej, men\u0161\u00ed, 10mm 7segment pro zobrazen\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho sign\u00e1lu, p\u0159esn\u00e9ho \u010dasu nebo konstant v menu apod.<br \/>\nPro 14m\u00edstn\u00fd displej bude pot\u0159eba navrhnout vhodn\u00fd budi\u010d, nap\u0159\u00edklad sadu posuvn\u00fdch registr\u016f. Displej tedy bude na odd\u011blen\u00e9 desce a komunikovat s n\u00edm budeme s\u00e9riov\u011b.<\/p>\n<h4>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed periody:<\/h4>\n<p>P\u0159i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed periody poskytuje \u010dasov\u00e1 z\u00e1kladna kmito\u010det 10MHz. M\u011b\u0159en\u00fd sign\u00e1l otev\u00edr\u00e1 hradlo GATE, tak\u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme &#8222;stopovat&#8220; d\u00e9lku periody s rozli\u0161en\u00edm 0,1\u03bcs.<br \/>\nTento zp\u016fsob m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je vhodn\u00fd pro ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed kmito\u010dty.<\/p>\n<h4>Procesor:<\/h4>\n<p>U\u017eivatelsk\u00e9 rozhran\u00ed a funkce \u010d\u00edta\u010de budou \u0159\u00edzeny mikroprocesorem AtXmega128A4 b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edm na 32MHz.<br \/>\nD\u00e1le bude m\u00edt mikroprocesor na starosti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u010cten\u00ed analogov\u00e9 kl\u00e1vesnice<\/li>\n<li>\u010cten\u00ed rota\u010dn\u00edho enkod\u00e9ru<\/li>\n<li>V\u00fdpo\u010det kmito\u010dtu z periody a periody z kmito\u010dtu<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9riovou komunikaci s PC<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9riovou komunikaci s GPS modulem\n<ul>\n<li>M\u016f\u017eeme korigovat \u010dasov\u00e9 chyby zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 propaga\u010dn\u00edm zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm<\/li>\n<li>Budeme \u010d\u00edst p\u0159esn\u00fd \u010das \/ datum<\/li>\n<li>Zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed polohy \/ lok\u00e1toru<\/li>\n<li>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed budeme m\u00edt k dispozici p\u0159esnou \u010dasovou zna\u010dku ud\u00e1losti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u010casov\u00e1 z\u00e1kladna:<\/h4>\n<p>Jako referen\u010dn\u00ed zdroj pro n\u00e1\u0161 \u010d\u00edta\u010d jsme zvolili kombinaci vyh\u0159\u00edvan\u00e9ho krystalov\u00e9ho oscil\u00e1toru OCXO + zav\u011b\u0161en\u00ed na GPS pomoc\u00ed f\u00e1zov\u00e9ho z\u00e1v\u011bsu PLL. Takov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 GPSDO (GPS disciplined oscilator). My\u0161lenkou GPSDO je kombinovat dobrou kr\u00e1tkodobou stabilitu krystalov\u00e9ho oscil\u00e1toru s vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed dlouhodobou stabilitou sign\u00e1lu GPS (Cesiov\u00e9 hodiny).<\/p>\n<p>Dlouhodob\u00e1 stabilita takov\u00e9ho gener\u00e1toru je a\u017e 2&#215;10<sup>-12 <\/sup>Hz (0,002 PPB). Jen podotknu,\u00a0 \u017ee 0,001PPM je 1PPB, co\u017e je pro na\u0161e \u00fa\u010dely v\u00edce ne\u017e dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e u\u017e budeme m\u00edt takto p\u0159esnou kmito\u010dtovou z\u00e1kladnu, byla by \u0161koda p\u0159esn\u00e9 kmito\u010dty 10MHz a 1PPS nevyv\u00e9st pro dal\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed. Pou\u017eijeme proto n\u00e1\u0161 \u010d\u00edta\u010d i jako kmito\u010dtov\u00fd norm\u00e1l do laborato\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud bychom p\u0159esnost a stabilitu dok\u00e1zali vyu\u017e\u00edt, odpov\u00edd\u00e1 to zobrazen\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho kmito\u010dtu\u00a0 1 000 000 000,00 Hz.
