Deska zdroje je koncipov\u00e1na jako modul\u00e1rn\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00e1 deska pro jeden samostatn\u00fd kan\u00e1l. Zdroj pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 symetrick\u00e9 vinut\u00ed toroidn\u00edho transform\u00e1toru ve dvou re\u017eimech, paraleln\u011b pro rozsah 0-18V a seriov\u011b pro rozsah 18-48V to zaji\u0161tuje rel\u00e9 RLY2, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1 zem kondenz\u00e1tor\u016f bu\u010fto na odbo\u010dku trafa (paraleln\u011b) nebo na anodu Graetzova m\u016fstku (seriov\u011b). P\u0159i paraleln\u00edm zapojen\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m dvojcestn\u00e9 usm\u011brn\u011bn\u00ed polovinou Graetzova m\u016fstku, co\u017e sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed \u00fabytek na usm\u011br\u0148ova\u010di na polovinu, z\u00e1rove\u0148 se v ka\u017ed\u00e9 p\u016flperiod\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pouze jedna polovina vinut\u00ed transform\u00e1toru a l\u00e9pe se rozlo\u017e\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Usm\u011br\u0148ovac\u00ed m\u016fstek je integrovan\u00fd blok s nomin\u00e1ln\u00edm proudem 35A a je p\u0159ipevn\u011bn na centr\u00e1ln\u00edm chladi\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1mi pou\u017eit\u00fd chladi\u010d je velmi podobn\u00fd typu&nbsp;CHL32X\/70 s tepeln\u00fdm odporem 1.0K\/W. Deska byla navr\u017eena tak, aby byly tranzistory na krat\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b,&nbsp;to je kompromis v\u016f\u010di m\u00edstu a vnit\u0159n\u00edmu uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.Tato varianta tak\u00e9 poskytuje mo\u017enost pou\u017e\u00edt jin\u00e9 v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 tranzistory. Chladi\u010d bude m\u00edt nucen\u00fd ob\u011bh vzduchu zabezpe\u010den\u00fd dv\u011bma 80mm ventil\u00e1tory. Ty budou \u0159\u00edzeny PWM z kontroln\u00ed desky MCU.<\/p>\n<p>Pomocn\u00e9 zdroje +12V, -12V, +5V analog, +5V digital jsou realizov\u00e1ny klasick\u00fdmi line\u00e1rn\u00edmi stabiliz\u00e1tory \u0159ady LM78xx\/LM79xx. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 v\u011btev m\u00e1 na sv\u00e9m v\u00fdstupu filtra\u010dn\u00ed tlumivku a kondenz\u00e1tor. 5V nap\u00e1jen\u00ed je od po\u010d\u00e1tku d\u011bleno na analogov\u00e9 a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed a jsou samostatn\u011b rozvedena. Aby se nep\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ely prudk\u00e9 proudov\u00e9 zm\u011bny v digit\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti.<\/p>\n<p>V obou vrstv\u00e1ch, top i bottom, je rozlita m\u011b\u010f s GND. Pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pr\u016fchody k sou\u010d\u00e1stk\u00e1m by m\u011bly b\u00fdt v\u017edy co nejkrat\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e se ne v\u017edy vede a na prvn\u00ed verzi desky takov\u00e9 chyby m\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ok2haz.ok2kld.cz\/ok2haz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Slave_board_web.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-798 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/ok2haz.ok2kld.cz\/ok2haz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Slave_board_web-150x150.png\" alt=\"Slave_board_web\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/ok2haz.ok2kld.cz\/ok2haz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Slave_board_top_web.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-797 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/ok2haz.ok2kld.cz\/ok2haz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Slave_board_top_web-150x150.png\" alt=\"Slave_board_top_web\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/ok2haz.ok2kld.cz\/ok2haz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Slave_board_bot_web.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-796 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/ok2haz.ok2kld.cz\/ok2haz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Slave_board_bot_web-150x150.png\" alt=\"Slave_board_bot_web\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i dimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed silov\u00fdch plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f jsem po\u010d\u00edtal s velk\u00fdmi proudy, modul zdroje m\u00e1&nbsp; pl\u00e1tov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 vrstvy 105\u00b5m, silov\u00e9 spoje maj\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku 150mil (3,81mm) a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lku 200mm, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 (p\u0159i povolen\u00e9m oteplen\u00ed spoje o 10\u00b0C) dlouhodob\u00e9mu proudov\u00e9mu zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed <strong>14A<\/strong> a havarijn\u00edmu&nbsp; t&lt; 20ms 100A.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Filtra\u010dn\u00ed kapacita je navr\u017eena dle vztahu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Kde:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>C = I<sub>m<\/sub> \/ [ 2f\u00b7(U<sub>m<\/sub> &#8211; U<sub>x<\/sub>) ]<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>U<sub>m<\/sub> = maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupu; [U<sub>r<\/sub>]=V<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>U<sub>x<\/sub> = minim\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed na v\u00fdstupu p\u0159i maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei; [U<sub>r<\/sub>]=V<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>U<sub>r<\/sub> = rozd\u00edl U<sub>m<\/sub> a U<sub>x<\/sub>; [U<sub>r<\/sub>]=V<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>I<sub>m<\/sub> = maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed proud odeb\u00edran\u00fd ze zdroje; [I<sub>m<\/sub>]=A<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>C = kapacita filtra\u010dn\u00edho kondenz\u00e1tor; [C]=F<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>f = frekvence st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed; [f]=Hz (pro el. s\u00ed\u0165 50Hz)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00fdsledn\u00e1 kapacita filtra\u010dn\u00edho kondenz\u00e1toru pro zat\u011b\u017eovac\u00ed proud 10A, zvln\u011bn\u00ed 4,5V je <strong>20mF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Je pot\u0159eba pamatovat i na nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 a tepeln\u00e9 dimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed kondenz\u00e1tor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V m\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed na hlavn\u00edm filtra\u010dn\u00edm kondenz\u00e1toru <strong>Umax= Uef x \u221a2<\/strong> cca 51V, kondenz\u00e1tory dimenzujeme v\u017edy na nap\u011bt\u00ed alespo\u0148 o 25% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, tedy <strong>63V<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tepeln\u011b dimenzovat alespo\u0148 o 30\u00baC<\/strong> nad maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed provozn\u00ed teplotu, p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dejme 70\u00baC. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed teplota, na kterou budeme dimenzovat kondenz\u00e1tor, je tedy <strong>105\u00baC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Opera\u010dn\u00ed zesilova\u010d IC7 (OPA228) zesiluje nap\u011bt\u00ed na proudov\u00e9m bo\u010dn\u00edku a m\u00e1 m\u011bniteln\u00e9 zes\u00edlen\u00ed 10x \/ 100x, to zaji\u0161\u0165uje rel\u00e9 RLY4, kter\u00e9 m\u011bm\u00ed pom\u011br rezistoru ve zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazb\u011b. Obvod je na desce co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee bo\u010dn\u00edku, aby se do m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vn\u00e1\u0161elo minimum ru\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>AD p\u0159evodn\u00edk m\u011b\u0159\u00ed i teplotu reference, ta je p\u0159evadena na nap\u011bt\u00ed a je p\u0159\u00edtomna na pinu 3 (TEMP) reference REF5025. Mezi nap\u011bt\u00edm a teplotou plat\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed vztah:<\/p>\n<p>VTEMP PIN = 509mV + 2.64 \u00d7 T(\u00b0C)<\/p>\n<p>Z tohoto vztahu pak ur\u010dujeme teplotu reference a dopo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1me chybu vzniklou teplotn\u00edm driftem na referenci a ADC\/DAC. Zm\u011bna teploty o 30\u00b0C odpov\u00edd\u00e1 zm\u011bn\u011b nap\u011bt\u00ed o cca 79mV. M\u00e1me v \u00famyslu tuto rovnici vyu\u017e\u00edt v n\u011bkter\u00e9 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed verzi \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edho programu.<\/p>\n<p>U v\u00fdstupn\u00edch svorek je zat\u011b\u017eovac\u00ed odpor R53 (10R0), kter\u00fd je sp\u00edn\u00e1n T7 (BUZ11). Tento obvod slou\u017e\u00ed pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v pulzn\u00edm re\u017eimu.<\/p>\n<p>Modul zdroje m\u00e1 dva konektroty K1, K2 pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed teplom\u011br\u016f Dallas DS18B20, ty pak budou um\u00edst\u011bny na pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdch m\u00edstech. Na DPS jsou i 3 stavov\u00e9 LED pro indikaci provozn\u00edch stavu a odla\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h6>Ochrany zdroje<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Na svorky m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159ipojeno ciz\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed s&nbsp;opa\u010dnou polaritou:\n<ul>\n<li>Ochr\u00e1n\u00ed antiparaleln\u011b zapojen\u00e1 dioda D13. Ta z\u00e1rove\u0148 chr\u00e1n\u00ed zdroj p\u0159ed impulsy p\u0159i p\u0159ipojen\u00ed induk\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Na svorky m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159ipojeno v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed, ne\u017e je nastaveno:\n<ul>\n<li>Ochr\u00e1n\u00ed dioda D12 t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159ivede nap\u011bt\u00ed na kolektor tranzistor\u016f. Tento stav zaznamen\u00e1 AD p\u0159evodn\u00edk a odpoj\u00ed v\u00fdstupn\u00ed svorky zdroje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Prora\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch tranzistor\u016f: Sp\u00e1l\u00ed bud\u00edc\u00ed tranzistor Q1 \u2013 BC817:\n<ul>\n<li>\u0158\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed elektronika je p\u0159ipojena na kladnou svorku zdroje, tak\u017ee nen\u00ed ohro\u017eena velk\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm na filtra\u010dn\u00edch kondenz\u00e1torech.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Zkrat na v\u00fdstupn\u00edch svork\u00e1ch p\u0159i nastaven\u00e9m nap\u011bt\u00ed kolem 50V:\n<ul>\n<li>Po dobu n\u011bkolika sekund zdroj tento stav vydr\u017e\u00ed.
